Grilled paneer
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 400 g | paneer, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick |
| 8 | wooden skewers |
| 3 tbsp | toasted sesame oil |
| 2 tbsp | sesame seeds |
| 1 tbsp | curry powder |
| ¼ tsp | chilli flakes |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 2 | limes, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into segments |
| ½ bunch | coriander, roughly chopped |
| 1 | red chilli, deseeded, cut into rings |
How it's done
paneer
Combine the oil and all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, brush the paneer with the marinade, place in the grill tray.
Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the paneer over/on a medium heat (approx. 220 °C for approx. 4 mins. on each side.
To serve
Serve the paneer with the lime wedges, coriander and chilli.
