Ingredients

for 4 person

paneer
400 g paneer, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick
wooden skewers
3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp curry powder
¼ tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp salt
To serve
limes, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into segments
½ bunch coriander, roughly chopped
red chilli, deseeded, cut into rings

How it's done

Combine the oil and all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, brush the paneer with the marinade, place in the grill tray.

Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the paneer over/on a medium heat (approx. 220 °C for approx. 4 mins. on each side.

To serve

Serve the paneer with the lime wedges, coriander and chilli.
