Ingredients

for 4 person

2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp liquid honey
1 tsp sea salt
a little  pepper
1 bunch radish
1 bunch chervil, torn
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, torn
1 bunch dill, torn
1 bunch chives, roughly chopped
50 g cress
30 g radish sprouts
90 g leaf salad

How it's done

In a bowl, mix the balsamic with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Add the radish and all the remaining ingredients, mix.
