Herb salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tsp | liquid honey |
| 1 tsp | sea salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 bunch | radish |
| 1 bunch | chervil, torn |
| 1 bunch | flat-leaf parsley, torn |
| 1 bunch | dill, torn |
| 1 bunch | chives, roughly chopped |
| 50 g | cress |
| 30 g | radish sprouts |
| 90 g | leaf salad |
How it's done
In a bowl, mix the balsamic with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Add the radish and all the remaining ingredients, mix.
