Crispy berry salad

Ingredients

for 4 person

Sauce
100 g mixed berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp liquid honey
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
240 g leaf salad (e.g. Crispy Mix)
200 g mixed berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
some  peppermint leaves
4 tbsp mixed seeds, roasted

How it's done

Sauce

Puree the berries with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.

Salad

Arrange the salad leaves and berries on plates, drizzle with the dressing, sprinkle with the mint and seeds.
