Ingredients

for 4 person

Salmon
4 tbsp olive oil
1 piece aluminium foil
shallot, cut into wedges
4 sprig dill
600 g salmon fillet (organic)
Grill the peaches
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
organic lemon ½ cut into thin slices, rest squeezed

How it's done

Salmon

Pour half of the oil on the aluminium foi. Cover with the shallots and dill. Place the salmon on top of the shallots, pour over the remaining oil. Place the edges of the foil on top of each other and fold several times. Fold over the ends of the foil several times also.

Grill the peaches

Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the salmon over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 12 mins. For the last 2 minutes, place the lemon slices on the grill next to the salmon parcel. Open the parcel, season the salmon, drizzle with lemon juice, serve with grilled lemon slices.
