Strawberry trifle
Ingredients
for 4 person
180 g | plain yoghurt |
120 g | 1/2-fat quark |
2 tbsp | icing sugar |
150 g | strawberries, cut into cubes |
100 g | chocolate biscuits (e.g. Gran Cereale), crumbled |
100 g | strawberries, in slices |
How it's done
Strawberry cream
Combine the yoghurt, quark and sugar, mix in the strawberries.
Trifle
Fill the glasses with alternate layers of biscuit and strawberry crème. Garnish with the sliced strawberry.
