T-bone steak with grilled asparagus
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 | T-bone steaks (each approx. 600 g and 4 cm thick) |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tsp | sea salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 600 g | green asparagus, cut off the lower woody ends |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice |
How it's done
T-bone steaks
Brush the T-bone steaks with oil, season.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Grill the steaks over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 4 mins. on each side, keep warm for approx. 10 mins.
Asparagus
Mix the asparagus with the oil.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 4 mins. on each side, season with salt. Drizzle with lemon juice, serve with the T-bone steak.
