Sorbet Sandwiches
100 g mango sorbet
biscuit (e. g. cookies with chocolate chips)
blackberries, cut into slices
strawberries, cut into slices

How it's done

Sorbet Sandwiches

Spoon approx. 1 tbsp of mango sorbet onto 4 separate biscuits, top with the berries. Cover with approx. 1 tbsp of mango sorbet and top with the remaining biscuits. Freeze the sorbet sandwiches for approx. 20 mins.
