Sandwiches
bread rolls (e.g. whole grain, approx. 100 g each), halved
8 tbsp hummus
200 g Brie, cut into slices
avocado, cut into slices
50 g baby spinach

How it's done

Sandwiches

Spread hummus on both sides of the roll. Place the Brie, avocado and spinach on the bottom half of the bread roll, cover with the top half of the roll, press together firmly.
