Grilled veggie sandwich
Ingredients
for 4 person
4 | bread rolls (e.g. whole grain, approx. 100 g each), halved |
8 tbsp | hummus |
200 g | Brie, cut into slices |
1 | avocado, cut into slices |
50 g | baby spinach |
How it's done
Sandwiches
Spread hummus on both sides of the roll. Place the Brie, avocado and spinach on the bottom half of the bread roll, cover with the top half of the roll, press together firmly.
