Sandwiches
lye rolls (approx. 60 g each), halved lengthwise
4 tbsp pesto alla genovese
100 g Asiago, thinly sliced
60 g Graubünden cured ham
basil leaves

How it's done

Sandwiches

Spread pesto on both sides of the roll. Place the Asiago, cured ham and basil on the bottom half of the bread roll, cover with the top half of the roll, press together firmly.
