Grilled pretzel sandwich
Ingredients
for 4 person
4 | lye rolls (approx. 60 g each), halved lengthwise |
4 tbsp | pesto alla genovese |
100 g | Asiago, thinly sliced |
60 g | Graubünden cured ham |
6 | basil leaves |
How it's done
Sandwiches
Spread pesto on both sides of the roll. Place the Asiago, cured ham and basil on the bottom half of the bread roll, cover with the top half of the roll, press together firmly.
