Grilled Spanish sandwich
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 | baguette |
4 tbsp | red tapenade |
120 g | Manchego, cut into slices |
60 g | chorizo, cut into slices |
2 tbsp | liquid honey |
How it's done
Sandwiches
Spread tapenade on both sides of the baguette. Place the Manchego, chorizo and honey on the bottom half of the baguette, cover with the top half of the baguette, press together firmly.
