Aronia balls
Ingredients
for 15 pieces
| 1 handful | cashew nuts |
| 1 handful | dried aronia berries |
| 5 | pitted date |
| ½ | organic lemon |
| 1 tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 2 tbsp | coconut flake |
How it's done
Soften the cashew nuts and aronia berries in cold water for approx. 2 hrs. Drain well, place in a food processor along with the dates, lemon juice, vanilla and salt, blend to a paste. Shape into approx. 10 balls and toss them in the coconut flakes.
