Ingredients

for 8 portions

Liquids
1 dl water
2 cm ginger, finely grated
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp lemon juice
Ice cubes
3 cm ginger, thinly sliced
2 sprig thyme

How it's done

Liquids

Bring the water and ginger to the boil, simmer for approx. 5 mins., strain and allow to cool. Combine the ginger water, honey and lemon juice.

Ice cubes

Place one slice of ginger and approx. 1 cm of thyme in each ice cube mould. Pour in the liquid and freeze overnight.
