Acai coconut bowl
Ingredients
for 4 person
500 g | mixed berries |
1 | banana, cut into chunks |
300 g | Karma Jocos nature |
2 tbsp | acai powder |
2 tbsp | honey |
40 g | Karma Coconut Chips Sweet |
20 g | dried goji berries |
2 sprig | peppermint |
How it's done
Bowls
Puree the berries with all the other ingredients up to and including the honey. Serve in bowls.
To decorate
Garnish the bowls with the reserved berries, coconut flakes, goji berries and peppermint.
