Fruit bagels
Ingredients

6 tbsp | peanut butter |
4 tbsp | plain yoghurt |
2 | pears, cut lengthwise into slices approx. 5 mm thick |
2 | apples, cut crosswise into slices approx. 5 cm thick |
50 g | blackberries |
50 g | red currants |
50 g | blueberries |
50 g | strawberries |
40 g | dried banana |
1 | kiwi, quartered, in thin slices |
4 tbsp | almond slivers |
30 g | chocolate shavings |
How it's done
Spread
Combine the peanut butter and yoghurt. Spread 2 tsp of the mixture on each slice of fruit.
Topping
Top the fruit bagels as desired.
