Ingredients

for 4 portions

Infusion
1 litre water
2 stick lemongrass, squeezed
4 bag white tea (e.g. Lipton White Tea)
½  organic lemon, in slices
2 cm ginger, in slices
2 tbsp honey
50 g raspberries
50 g blueberries
1 sprig peppermint
  ice cube

How it's done

Infusion

Pour the water into a carafe and add all the other ingredients up to and including the mint, stir well, refrigerate for approx. 3 hrs., remove the tea bags, serve with the ice cubes.
