Summer spätzli
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 300 g | different coloured cherry tomatoes |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 | garlic clove, sliced |
| ½ tsp | sugar |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| 300 g | Naturaplan Betty Bossi Gemüse-Spätzli |
| 150 g | burrata |
| ½ bunch | basil, finely chopped |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Roasted tomatoes
Mix the tomatoes with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
Spätzli
Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the spätzli for approx. 5 mins. Serve roasted tomatoes and burrata with the spätzli, sprinkle with basil, season.
