Tagliatelle all'arrabbiata
Ingredients
for 2 person
2 tbsp | harissa |
100 g | mascarpone |
50 g | dried tomatoes, quartered |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
300 g | Naturaplan Betty Bossi Tagliatelle |
salted water, boiling |
How it's done
Chilli sauce
Combine the Harissa and mascarpone in a frying pan and heat gently. Add the tomatoes, season.
Tagliatelle
Cook the tagliatelle in salted water for approx. 2 mins. until al dente, add 3 tbsp of cooking liquid to the sauce, mix well. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce.
