Ingredients

for 2 person

Chilli sauce
2 tbsp harissa
100 g mascarpone
50 g dried tomatoes, quartered
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Tagliatelle
300 g Naturaplan Betty Bossi Tagliatelle
  salted water, boiling

How it's done

Chilli sauce

Combine the Harissa and mascarpone in a frying pan and heat gently. Add the tomatoes, season.

Tagliatelle

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water for approx. 2 mins. until al dente, add 3 tbsp of cooking liquid to the sauce, mix well. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce.
