Ginger & prawn stir fry

Ingredients

for 2 person

½ tbsp oil for frying
200 g shelled, raw prawn
½ tsp salt
300 g stir-fry vegetables
½ tsp salt
30 g ginger, finely grated
½ tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce

How it's done

Heat the oil in a wok, fry the prawns for approx. 4 mins., remove and season with salt. Stir fry the vegetables in the same wok for approx. 7 mins., season with salt, return the prawns to the pan. Combine the ginger, sugar and soy sauce, mix with the vegetables and prawns or serve alongside.
