I love making my own granola! Not just because I can add all of my favourite ingredients, but also because the whole kitchen ends up smelling so good! Simply mix your favourite ingredients in a bowl and pop them in the oven. And that's all there is to it! I love my granola with almond milk.

Lara - Vanillacrunnch

Ingredients

for 10 portions

200 g buckwheat
30 g coconut flakes
50 g rolled oats
35 g agave syrup
25 g coconut oil, melted
25 g cocoa powder
30 g dark chocolate, chopped
½ tsp vanilla paste
1 pinch salt

How it's done

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for 10 -12 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 165°C.
