Chocolate granola
Ingredients
for 10 portions
| 200 g | buckwheat |
| 30 g | coconut flakes |
| 50 g | rolled oats |
| 35 g | agave syrup |
| 25 g | coconut oil, melted |
| 25 g | cocoa powder |
| 30 g | dark chocolate, chopped |
| ½ tsp | vanilla paste |
| 1 pinch | salt |
How it's done
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 10 -12 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 165°C.
