The snow has melted and we're finally being treated to the first rays of sunshine once again. Tired souls are being revived and fondue and raclette are making way for light salads. Treat your body to this deliciously healthy, vibrant red super smoothie, packed with vitamins and nutrients! Tip: Prepare a smoothie bag! Buy lots of fruit and vegetables, divide into portions, transfer to freezer bags and store in the freezer. Simply empty the bag into a blender in the morning along with a little water and you're good to go!

Ingredients

for 2 person

200 g beetroots, cut into pieces
apple, peeled, chopped
50 g frozen raspberries
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 dl almond drink
1 tbsp white almond cream
1 tsp vanilla paste
ice cubes

How it's done

Place all the ingredients in a blending cup and mix until a creamy, homogeneous texture is achieved.
