Asian-style coleslaw
Ingredients
for 8 portions
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tsp | wasabi paste |
½ tsp | fish sauce |
1 tbsp | sesame seeds |
150 g | white cabbage, shredded |
100 g | carrot, julienned |
100 g | celery, thinly sliced |
100 g | radish, thinly sliced |
1 | spring onion incl. green part, finely chopped |
1 bunch | coriander, torn into small pieces |
How it's done
Dressing
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise with all the other ingredients up to and including the sesame seeds, mix well.
Coleslaw
Mix the cabbage, carrot, celery and daikon with the dressing, cover and leave to infuse at room temperature for approx. 40 mins. Add the spring onions and coriander, mix.
