Chicken pizzaiola
Ingredients
for 2 person
½ tbsp | oil for frying |
4 | chicken carbonnade |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
1 ½ dl | Naturaplan Bio Betty Bossi Napoli Sauce |
150 g | mozzarella, sliced |
a little | salt |
3 sprig | basil, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Chicken
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the chicken in batches over a medium heat for approx. 2 mins. on each side, season and place in the prepared tin. Drizzle over the tomato sauce, scatter over the basil and mozzarella, season with salt.
To gratinate
Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, Sprinkle the basil over the top.
