Corn mummies
Ingredients
for 4 person
4 | cooked corn cobs |
20 slice | bacon |
2 | stuffed olive, sliced |
1 | red cherry tomato, quartered, deseeded |
How it's done
Wrap half of each corncob in 4 rashers of bacon, leave one quarter free and wrap the final quarter in one rasher of bacon.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 15 mins. all over. Use the olives and tomatoes for the eyes and mouth.
