Sausage meatballs with vegetables
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 pack | Pro Montagna Berg Bauernbratwurst mit Kräutern |
| ½ tbsp | oil for frying |
| 4 | baby potatoes, quartered |
| 250 g | Betty Bossi Marktgemüse |
| ½ dl | water |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 100 g | crème fraîche with herbs |
How it's done
Sausage meatballs
Squeeze 8 portions of sausage out of the skin and shape into balls. Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the meatballs for approx. 7 mins., then remove.
Vegetables
Reduce the heat, add the potatoes to the same pan, cover and fry for approx. 5 mins. Add the vegetables and water, cover and simmer for approx. 5 mins., then season. Return the sausage meatballs to the pan, stir fry for approx. 3 mins., then drizzle with crème fraîche.
