Chipolata & vegetable skewers
Ingredients

12 | chipolatas |
1 | courgette, halved lengthwise, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces |
1 | red pepper, halved, quartered |
100 g | mushrooms |
4 | wooden skewers |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tsp | Italian herb mix |
How it's done
Skewers
Thread the chipolatas and vegetables alternately onto the wooden skewers. Mix the oil and herbs, use to coat the meat and vegetables.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
