Ingredients

Skewers
12  chipolatas
courgette, halved lengthwise, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
red pepper, halved, quartered
100 g mushrooms
wooden skewers
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Italian herb mix

How it's done

Skewers

Thread the chipolatas and vegetables alternately onto the wooden skewers. Mix the oil and herbs, use to coat the meat and vegetables.

Charcoal/gas/electric grill

Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
