Ingredients

for 4 person

Porridge
2 dl almond drink
100 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
30 g buckwheat
2 tbsp Hemp seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
organic lemon, use thinly peeled zest, set aside, all of the juice
Topping
125 g strawberries, thinly sliced
20 g buckwheat
20 g Karma gefriergetrocknete Früchte Crispy Berries & Apple
¼ bunch peppermint, finely chopped

How it's done

Porridge

Bring the almond milk, oat flakes, buckwheat and hemp seeds to the boil, simmer for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, allow to absorb for 2-3 mins. Stir in the strawberries, maple syrup and lemon juice.

Topping

Top the porridge with the strawberries, buckwheat, freeze-dried fruit, mint and reserved lemon zest.
