Strawberry porridge
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 dl | almond drink |
| 100 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 30 g | buckwheat |
| 2 tbsp | Hemp seeds |
| 1 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 1 | organic lemon, use thinly peeled zest, set aside, all of the juice |
| 125 g | strawberries, thinly sliced |
| 20 g | buckwheat |
| 20 g | Karma gefriergetrocknete Früchte Crispy Berries & Apple |
| ¼ bunch | peppermint, finely chopped |
How it's done
Porridge
Bring the almond milk, oat flakes, buckwheat and hemp seeds to the boil, simmer for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, allow to absorb for 2-3 mins. Stir in the strawberries, maple syrup and lemon juice.
Topping
Top the porridge with the strawberries, buckwheat, freeze-dried fruit, mint and reserved lemon zest.
