Ingredients

for 2 person

1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp Betty Bossi Pesto mit Bärlauch
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
1 tin white beans (approx. 250 g), rinsed, drained
90 g rocket, washed
140 g Betty Bossi Granatapfelkerne

How it's done

Mix the vinegar, olive oil and pesto in a bowl, season. Add the beans, rocket and pomegranate seeds, mix well.
