Spring bean salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | vinegar |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 4 tbsp | Betty Bossi Pesto mit Bärlauch |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 tin | white beans (approx. 250 g), rinsed, drained |
| 90 g | rocket, washed |
| 140 g | Betty Bossi Granatapfelkerne |
How it's done
Mix the vinegar, olive oil and pesto in a bowl, season. Add the beans, rocket and pomegranate seeds, mix well.
