Carrot & lentil soup with vegetable balls
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 330 ml | Betty Bossi Rüebli-Kokos-Suppe |
| 1 ½ dl | water |
| 60 g | green lentils |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | pepper |
| ½ tbsp | oil |
| 200 g | Karma Gemüsebällchen |
| ½ bunch | coriander, roughly chopped |
How it's done
Soup
Put the carrots, water and lentils in a pan, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for approx. 25 mins., season.
Vegetable balls
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry the vegetable balls over a medium heat for approx. 5 mins. Place the balls in the soup, garnish with coriander.
