Salmon & avocado wrap
Ingredients
for 4 person
| ½ tbsp | oil |
| 400 g | salmon fillet without skin, cut into strips approx. 2 cm wide |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 4 | wheat tortillas |
| 170 g | Karma Guacamole |
| 100 g | baby spinach |
How it's done
Salmon
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the salmon all over for approx. 4 mins., remove, season.
Tortilla wraps
Prepare the tortillas according to the packet instructions. Spread the guacamole over the tortillas, top with the salmon and spinach, fold in and roll up.
