Ingredients

for 4 person

Salmon
½ tbsp oil
400 g salmon fillet without skin, cut into strips approx. 2 cm wide
1 tsp salt
a little  pepper
Tortilla wraps
wheat tortillas
170 g Karma Guacamole
100 g baby spinach

How it's done

Salmon

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the salmon all over for approx. 4 mins., remove, season.

Tortilla wraps

Prepare the tortillas according to the packet instructions. Spread the guacamole over the tortillas, top with the salmon and spinach, fold in and roll up.
