Veal cutlets with mango salsa

Ingredients

for 4 person

Meat
veal cutlets (approx. 200 g each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salsa
140 g Betty Bossi Mango, diced
½  cucumber, peeled, deseeded, diced
4 tbsp Fine Food Chimichurri Sauce
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Meat

Brush the meat with oil, season. Heat a griddle or frying pan, fry the cutlets for approx. 4 mins. on each side, keep warm.

Salsa

Mix the mango, cucumber and chimichurri sauce, season, spread on top of the cutlets.
