Veal cutlets with mango salsa
Ingredients
for 4 person
4 | veal cutlets (approx. 200 g each) |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
140 g | Betty Bossi Mango, diced |
½ | cucumber, peeled, deseeded, diced |
4 tbsp | Fine Food Chimichurri Sauce |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Meat
Brush the meat with oil, season. Heat a griddle or frying pan, fry the cutlets for approx. 4 mins. on each side, keep warm.
Salsa
Mix the mango, cucumber and chimichurri sauce, season, spread on top of the cutlets.
