Softened in coconut milk and decorated with seasonal fruit, this oaty breakfast tastes fresh, light and fruity. If you prefer, you can sweeten the oats with maple syrup, agave syrup or coconut palm sugar.

How it's done
Pour hot water and coconut milk over the oats. Stir in the coconut flakes, chia seeds, vanilla and agave syrup.
Cover and leave to absorb overnight.
