Oat lovers, listen up! This delicious breakfast will awaken tired souls and give you the boost you need to make it through the day. Overnight oats are oats that have been soaked overnight in milk. So there's no longer any excuse for the morning grumps! In addition to healthy oat flakes, this recipe includes quinoa flakes containing important proteins and amino acids. Softened in coconut milk and decorated with seasonal fruit, this oaty breakfast tastes fresh, light and fruity. If you prefer, you can sweeten the oats with maple syrup, agave syrup or coconut palm sugar.

Ingredients

for 1 person

60 g rolled oats
30 g quinoa flakes
1 ¼ dl water, hot
1 ¼ dl coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp bourbon vanilla powder
2 tbsp agave syrup

How it's done

Pour hot water and coconut milk over the oats. Stir in the coconut flakes, chia seeds, vanilla and agave syrup.

Cover and leave to absorb overnight.
