Ingredients
for 4 person
a little | oil |
400 g | minced meat (beef and pork) |
300 g | Betty Bossi Bolognese Mix, finely chopped |
1 dl | water |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
450 g | Betty Bossi Kartoffelstock |
2 tbsp | milk *-* |
40 g | grated Parmesan |
How it's done
Minced meat
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Stir fry the meat for approx. 3 mins. Add the vegetables and stir fry for a further 4 mins. Pour in the water, bring to the boil, season.
Mashed potatoes
Transfer the meat to the prepared baking dish. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the packet instructions, spread on top of the meat, sprinkle the cheese over the top.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
