Roast beef bagels
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 | avocados |
| 200 g | crème fraîche |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 8 | freshly baked sesame bagels, halved, toasted |
| 250 g | roast beef sliced |
| 1 bunch | radish, thinly sliced |
| 1 | spring onion incl. green part, thinly sliced |
| 25 g | cress |
How it's done
Avocado cream
Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones, scoop out the flesh, mash with a fork. Stir in the crème fraîche and lemon juice, season.
To fill
Fill the bagels with the avocado cream and all the remaining ingredients.
