Salmon with cucumber
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 600 g | salmon fillet without skin, cut into approx. 3 cm chunks |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 2 tbsp | white flour |
| oil for frying |
| 30 g | butter |
| 2 | cucumbers halved, deseeded, cut into 2 cm cubes |
| 250 g | cherry tomato, halved |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 2 tbsp | chives, finely chopped |
How it's done
Fish
Season the salmon and toss in the flour. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, fry the salmon in batches for approx. 2 mins. on each side, remove from the pan, keep warm.
Cucumbers and tomatoes
Heat the butter in the same pan. Sauté the cucumbers for approx. 5 mins. Mix in the tomatoes, season, serve with the fish. Sprinkle with chives.
