One-pot pasta with Swiss chard
Ingredients
for 4 person
350 g | pasta (e.g. orecchiette) |
600 g | Swiss chard, cut into thin slices |
3 | spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
2 dl | single cream for sauces |
6 dl | water |
150 g | cherry tomatoes, cut in half |
60 g | grated Sbrinz |
2 tbsp | pine nuts, roasted |
2 tbsp | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
How it's done
One-pot pasta
Place the pasta and all the other ingredients up to and including the water in a pan, mix and bring to the boil. Cook over a medium heat (uncovered) for approx. 15 mins., stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente.
To serve
Mix the tomatoes and cheese in with the pasta. Sprinkle the pine nuts and parsley on top.
