One-pot pasta with Swiss chard

Ingredients

for 4 person

One-pot pasta
350 g pasta (e.g. orecchiette)
600 g Swiss chard, cut into thin slices
spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings
¾ tsp salt
a little  pepper
2 dl single cream for sauces
6 dl water
To serve
150 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
60 g grated Sbrinz
2 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

How it's done

One-pot pasta

Place the pasta and all the other ingredients up to and including the water in a pan, mix and bring to the boil. Cook over a medium heat (uncovered) for approx. 15 mins., stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente.

To serve

Mix the tomatoes and cheese in with the pasta. Sprinkle the pine nuts and parsley on top.
