Ingredients

for 2 person

150 g couscous
3 dl water, boiling
½ tsp salt
½ parcel Betty Bossi Pesto alla verdura (approx. 75 ml)
a little  coriander or mint

How it's done

Place the couscous in a bowl, pour over the water, season with salt, cover and leave to absorb for approx. 15 mins. Plate up and top with the pesto. Tear the coriander, sprinkle over the top.
