Couscous alla verdura
Ingredients
for 2 person
150 g | couscous |
3 dl | water, boiling |
½ tsp | salt |
½ parcel | Betty Bossi Pesto alla verdura (approx. 75 ml) |
a little | coriander or mint |
How it's done
Place the couscous in a bowl, pour over the water, season with salt, cover and leave to absorb for approx. 15 mins. Plate up and top with the pesto. Tear the coriander, sprinkle over the top.
