Fiori pasta with salmon and baby spinach

salted water, boiling | |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
150 g | baby spinach |
120 g | Fine Food Hot Smoked Salmon With Poppy |
How it's done
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and retain approx. 50 ml of cooking water. Heat the olive oil in the same pan, add the spinach, pasta and cooking water, heat gently and plate up. Tear apart the salmon and arrange on top.
