Home-made peanut butter

Ingredients

for 3 glasses

Peanut butter
250 g salted, roasted peanuts
4 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
Peanut butter & jam
30 g strawberry jam
Acai peanut butter
1 tbsp acai powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
Chocolate peanut butter
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp peanut oil

How it's done

Peanut butter

Puree the peanuts, oil and maple syrup in a food processor until the mixture is creamy. Divide the mixture into thirds.

Peanut butter & jam

Using a fork, mix the jam into one third of the peanut butter, creating a marble effect.

Acai peanut butter

Combine the acai powder with the maple syrup, mix into the second third of the peanut butter.

Chocolate peanut butter

Mix the cocoa powder and oil into the final third.
