Ingredients

for 6 person

3 tbsp apple vinegar
3 tbsp honey
1 ¼ dl rapeseed oil
2 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
  salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Blend the vinegar and honey in a measuring cup using a handheld blender. With the blender still running, add the oil drop by drop to begin with, then more gradually. Add the rosemary, season to taste.
