Date & coconut power balls
Ingredients
for 16 pieces
40 g | walnut kernel |
40 g | almond |
8 | Medjool date, pitted, roughly chopped |
30 g | coconut flakes |
3 tbsp | Karma Mandelmus braun |
1 tbsp | coconut oil |
How it's done
Mixture
Blitz the walnut kernels and almonds in a food processor. Add the dates, coconut flakes, almond butter and coconut oil and mix untli a compact mixture is formed. With wet hands, shape into approx. 16 balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a cooling rack.
