Ingredients

for 4 person

2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp liquid acacia honey
1 tbsp sesame seeds (mixed)
red chilli, deseeded, cut into rings
400 g yellowfin tuna (sushi quality), diced
spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings

How it's done

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli, add the fish and spring onions, mix well.
