Hawaiian poke
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
| ½ tsp | sesame oil |
| 1 tbsp | liquid acacia honey |
| 1 tbsp | sesame seeds (mixed) |
| 1 | red chilli, deseeded, cut into rings |
| 400 g | yellowfin tuna (sushi quality), diced |
| 2 | spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings |
How it's done
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli, add the fish and spring onions, mix well.
