Red veggie smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 person
2 | red peppers, cut into pieces |
4 dl | red grape juice |
2 tbsp | tomato puree |
1 | red chilli pepper, deseeded, roughly chopped |
2 pinch | salt |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 stick | celery, cut in half |
How it's done
Smoothie
Puree the pepper with all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli pepper, season with salt, pour into glasses.
Garnish
Drizzle with lemon juice, place half a stick of celery in each glass.
