Spiced chai latte

Ingredients

for 4 glasses

8 dl water
2 bag black tea
3 tbsp sugar
1 cm ginger, cut into slices
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cocoa powder
4 dl full-cream milk

How it's done

Bring the water to the boil, remove the pan from the heat, add the tea bags and all the other ingredients up to and including the cocoa powder, cover and leave to steep for approx. 10 mins., strain, pour into the cups.

Heat the milk in a pan, whisk until frothy. Pour into the cups.
