Chocolate dessert with strawberries
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 3 dl | milk |
| 2 dl | single cream |
| 4 tbsp | sugar |
| 2 | fresh eggs |
| 100 g | dark chocolate (64% cocoa), finely chopped |
| 2 dl | single cream, chilled, beaten until light and fluffy |
| 150 g | strawberries, sliced |
| 20 g | biscuits (e.g. wafers, finely chopped) |
How it's done
Chocolate dessert
In a pan, whisk the milk with all the other ingredients up to and including the eggs, bring to just below the boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Immediately remove the pan from the heat, stir in the chocolate, melt. Pour through a sieve into a bowl. Place a sheet of cling film directly over the top and leave to cool completely, chill for approx. 2 hrs.
To decorate
Stir the dessert until smooth, divide into glasses. Top with the cream, strawberries and biscuits.
