Smoothie trifle
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 1 dl | coconut milk |
| 3 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 2 tbsp | chia seeds |
| 250 g | blueberries |
| 4 tbsp | water |
| 250 g | raspberries |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 4 tbsp | water |
How it's done
Combine the coconut milk, honey and chia seeds, pour into the glasses. Puree the blueberries with the water, carefully pour over the back of a spoon and into the glasses. Puree the raspberries with the lemon juice and water, carefully pour over the back of a spoon and onto the blueberries.
