Mango smoothie bowl
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 | mangoes, cut into cubes |
| 2 | bananas, cut into small pieces |
| 1 dl | orange juice |
| 2 tbsp | Hemp seeds |
| 125 g | blackberries, cut in half |
| 2 | passion fruit, halved, pulp scooped out |
| 30 g | Karma Coconut Chips Ginger |
| 20 g | dark chocolate, 80 % cocoa, shaved into flat, thin strips |
How it's done
Smoothie
In a blending cup, puree 1 mango with the bananas, orange Juice and hemp seeds. Pour the smoothie into the bowls, top with the rest of the mango.
To garnish
Top the smoothie bowls with the blackberries, passion fruit, coconut flakes and chocolate shavings.
