Ingredients

for 4 person

Pudding
3 ½ dl almond drink
20 g cocoa powder
2 tsp coconut oil
150 g dates
1 piece avocado
1 tsp chia seeds
Topping
100 g crispy muesli (e.g. maple pecan granola)
80 g blueberries
12 piece physalis, cut in half
kiwi, cut into wedges
40 g pomegranate seeds
apple, cut into wedges
1 tbsp acai powder

How it's done

Pudding

Combine the almond drink, cocoa powder and coconut oil, add the dates and avocado, puree with a handheld blender, stir in the chia seeds, transfer to the bowls, chill for 15 mins.

Topping

Top the chocolate chia pudding with the crispy muesli and all the other ingredients up to and including the apple. Sprinkle with acai powder.
