Chocolate chia bowl
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 3 ½ dl | almond drink |
| 20 g | cocoa powder |
| 2 tsp | coconut oil |
| 150 g | dates |
| 1 piece | avocado |
| 1 tsp | chia seeds |
| 100 g | crispy muesli (e.g. maple pecan granola) |
| 80 g | blueberries |
| 12 piece | physalis, cut in half |
| 1 | kiwi, cut into wedges |
| 40 g | pomegranate seeds |
| 1 | apple, cut into wedges |
| 1 tbsp | acai powder |
How it's done
Pudding
Combine the almond drink, cocoa powder and coconut oil, add the dates and avocado, puree with a handheld blender, stir in the chia seeds, transfer to the bowls, chill for 15 mins.
Topping
Top the chocolate chia pudding with the crispy muesli and all the other ingredients up to and including the apple. Sprinkle with acai powder.
