Ingredients

for 1 litre

Orange smoothie
100 g carrots, cut into small pieces
apple, cut into pieces
orange, peeled, chopped
mango, peeled, pitted, cut into pieces
4 ½ dl apple juice
Green smoothie
100 g washed, prepared kale

How it's done

Orange smoothie

Place the carrots, apple, orange, mango and apple juice in a blending cup, puree on the highest setting for approx. 1 min. until creamy. Pour half of the orange smoothie in the glasses.

Green smoothie

Add the kale to the remainder smoothie and mix for another min. approx. Pour the green smoothie in the glasses.
