Ingredients

for 4 person

kiwis, cut into pieces
1 tbsp lime juice
100 g baby spinach
3 ½ dl green tea, chilled
50 g Medjool dates, finely chopped
1 tsp linseed

How it's done

In a blending cup, puree the kiwis with all the other ingredients up to and including the dates. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and top with the linseed.
