Green smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 person
3 | kiwis, cut into pieces |
1 tbsp | lime juice |
100 g | baby spinach |
3 ½ dl | green tea, chilled |
50 g | Medjool dates, finely chopped |
1 tsp | linseed |
How it's done
In a blending cup, puree the kiwis with all the other ingredients up to and including the dates. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and top with the linseed.
