Ingredients

for 2 dl

150 g mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
½ tbsp cognac
a little  cayenne pepper
½ tsp lemon juice
  salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Mix all the ingredients together well, season.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
